Who we are

Kitchen Clarity is a prelaunch restaurant profit-planning tool from OverLang. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@kitchenclarity.app.

Waitlist information

When you join, we collect your name, email, restaurant name, sales/accounting system and primary goal. We save your request, the time you agreed to email updates, and the notice version you saw. We use this information to manage the waitlist and contact you about Kitchen Clarity launch updates and founding plan details. Joining does not create an account or make a purchase.

Files and service providers

The free dashboard processes sales CSVs and text-based PDFs in your browser. Uploaded figures are not included in advertising events. Waitlist details are stored in Lovable Cloud and accessed for waitlist follow-up by OverLang. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, to operate the service.

Advertising measurement and campaign details

When advertising measurement is allowed, we may store campaign source, medium, campaign, keyword, ad content and Google click ID with a waitlist request. Google Ads and Google Analytics, when configured, receive visit, successful waitlist signup and dashboard-click events for measurement and ad optimization. Advertising cookies and browser storage may be used. Names, email addresses and uploaded restaurant figures are not sent to Google as matching data.

Your advertising choices

We request advertising permission in consent-required regions and when your region cannot be determined. Elsewhere, ordinary measurement may operate without a banner, subject to applicable opt-outs. Reject or withdraw permission at any time using Privacy settings in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control for advertising. Each saved choice records a browser visitor reference, region, time and notice version; acceptance evidence is preserved when you withdraw. Withdrawal stops new measurement and does not replay previously blocked events.

Notice advertising-2026-11-03: With your permission, Kitchen Clarity stores campaign details and uses Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure visits, waitlist signups and dashboard clicks, and improve advertising. No names, emails or uploaded figures are shared with Google. Rejecting does not affect the dashboard or waitlist. Change your choice in Privacy settings.

Email preferences, retention and requests

You can stop waitlist emails or request access, correction or deletion by contacting support@kitchenclarity.app. We retain waitlist information while needed for the waitlist and follow-up, subject to applicable legal obligations. Your legal rights depend on your jurisdiction. Advertising providers may process information outside your country under their own privacy terms.

Third-party sites and changes

The dashboard currently opens on a separate hosting address, and comparison sources link to third-party sites. Their own policies may apply. We will update this policy when our data practices change.
